It is the policy of All About Animals to ensure a client’s satisfaction with the services rendered and/or products purchased at All About Animals. To that end, refunds are made according to the following guidelines:
For over-the-counter products such as Frontline Plus, the unused, unopened portion may be returned for a fractional refund provided the product was purchased at All About Animals within the last thirty days. Proof of purchase may include All About Animals patient history or client receipt. Refund shall be made in accordance with original method of payment. The manufacturer should be contacted by the client or by All About Animals in the case of product dissatisfaction.
Prescription drugs are nonreturnable.
Any request for a refund on a service provided by All About Animals should be directed to the Office Manager and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If financial recompense is indicated, the method of refund will also be considered on an individual basis.
Donations (including adoption fees) are non refundable.
